1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 9ine platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the 9ine website, registering, or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any of 9ine's services. 9ine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.2 Account Verification
9ine reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method at any time. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended or withdrawals may be placed on hold.
3.3 Multiple Account Prohibition
Only one account per person is permitted. In the event of multiple accounts being created, 9ine reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

4.1 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

- If any illegal activity is suspected, 9ine may temporarily place withdrawals on hold.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
9ine provides a welcome bonus and other promotional offers for members. Specific terms apply to each bonus, which are detailed below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳22,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each member may use the welcome bonus benefit only once.
- Bonus offers not used within the specified time limit will be automatically cancelled.
- 9ine reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
- In cases of bonus fraud or abuse, the account may be closed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
9ine offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events, along with various gaming options including slots and live casino. The following rules apply in all cases.
6.1 Betting Guidelines
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the relevant event is cancelled.
- 9ine reserves the right to void bets placed on markets or odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
- Participation in match fixing or any unethical activity is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense.
- In the event of any dispute, 9ine's decision shall be final.
6.2 Gaming Policy
- Game outcomes are determined by an independent and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) process.
- Use of any bot software, automation tools, or hacking attempts will result in permanent account closure.
- 9ine will not be held liable for any issues in a game caused by loss of internet connection.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
